Curator & Founder, Zindzi Harley
Based on the East Coast, Zindzi Harley is a distinguished curator and museum professional specializing in African American and African contemporary art. Harley holds a B.A. in Arts Administration with a minor in Art History from the University of Kentucky and an M.A. in Museum Studies from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
Harley is an alumna of the Studio Museum in Harlem’s inaugural Museum Professionals Seminar and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Art Theory, Aesthetics, and Philosophy at the Institute for Doctoral Studies in the Visual Arts. Her professional experience includes serving as Assistant Curator at the African American Museum in Philadelphia, where she played a pivotal role in exhibitions such as Derrick Adams: Sanctuary, Vision & Spirit: Black Artists in the Bank of America Collection, and Black Quantum Futurism: Ancestors Returning Again / This Time Only to Themselves.
